What is CRN?

The Client Referral Network is a private integrated data system that was established by the Washington County Community Partnership for Children and Families to facilitate information sharing among federal, state, and private social services agencies in Washington,Benton, Carroll, and Madison counties located in Northwest Arkansas. The network supports seamless client intake, referral, case management, and outcome reporting among the participating agencies. Access to the net requires an assigned user name and password. Request Guest Login may be requested by interested parties who wish to experience the network.

Site Description

Site access is authenticated using a unique user name / password pair. Authorization to submit, view, or edit various data is controlled by the security level assigned to each username / password pair and an appropriate user "desktop" restricts data access. Software functions include: 1) Intaking and editing client demographics and resident of household data using a common intake form, 2) submitting human service referrals to participating agencies or viewing client and resident referral histories, 3) viewing or submitting case outcome assessment data, 4) viewing prepared reports containing client demographics, service referral data, and service outcome data. The database administrator and agency administrators have additional capabilities appropriate to their needs.
